If a host offers you a place that seems to be different from the one you paid for on our platform, you need to make a report as soon as possible.
We will ask you to provide pictures of the property in order to compare it to the published listing you booked. We also ask you to address this issue with the host directly though our platform.
However, keep in mind that after 24 hours from check-in, we assume that you are comfortable with the property and plan to stay for the remainder of your reservation.
