If you have an issue reaching out to your host after you have paid for your reservation, we recommend taking the following steps:
Make sure you contact them through our platform, by phone, and by email.
If all these fail, contact misterb&b so we can make a report and try to provide a resolution for you as soon as possible.
If you still have a couple of weeks before your check-in date, we suggest giving your host at least 48 to 72 hours before making a report. They may be out of town!
If your check-in date is within the next 7 days, we recommend sending a message to your host and contacting misterb&b right away.
