What information do I need to provide in order to open a claim?

When reporting a claim, we need all users to provide accurate, detailed information about what happened during their stay.
We will also need both parties to contact each other through our platform, state the inconveniences experienced, and try to resolve the issue.
We may ask for pictures, messages, email, videos, medical reports etc in order to complete the claim, and make a final decision on the matter.
