If your booking was canceled by the host, you are entitled to a full refund. The refund is processed directly on the card used for your payment. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take a few days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
As a network where travelers and hosts can meet, misterb&b is doing its best to avoid these situations. Nevertheless, it is the host's responsibility and right to manage the booking as they wish, and we, unfortunately, cannot interfere with their business. Please note that if a host cancels a booking, they will be subject to some penalties.
