What if the guest does not show up for check-in?

The check-in time noted on the listing is also considered a condition of the reservation, and should be respected by both hosts and guests.
If your guest has failed to show up for their check-in, we would recommend giving them a call and sending them a message through our platform.
If you have already made attempts to communicate with your guests but they are not responding, please contact us right away.
We will make a report and try to gather as many details as possible, before providing you with a resolution.
