Why is my payment not going through?

If you receive an error message when entering your credit card information, be sure to contact your bank as they may have blocked payments for security reasons.

Some reasons for a payment failing are the following:

  • You have exceeded the spending limit authorized by your bank
  • Your bank does not allow you to pay while you are abroad
  • You don't have enough funds on the credit card being used
