The second payment of your booking is automatically charged to your credit card. However, if the auto charge fails, you can process the second part of the payment from your misterb&b account by following these simple steps:
- Click on your profile picture at the top of the screen
- Click on "My stays"
- On the right side of your screen, you will have the option to "Pay due amount"
- Add your credit card details as a "new card"
Note: When an autocharge fails, a notification is sent to the traveler. This notification contains a button that redirects guests to the payment page. If the due amount hasn't been paid within 15 days from check-in, misterb&b will automatically cancel the reservation. Additionally, the initial payment, which covers the service fee and cancellation policy will be retained in such cases.
