You can find below the list of applicable Mexican lodging taxes - Impuesto sobre la hospedaje (ISH) - misterb&b collects directly from the Guests. The taxes are then reported and remitted by misterb&b to the local tax authorities, on behalf of the Hosts.
You remain fully responsible for managing any other lodging taxes not mentioned below as collected by misterb&b.
City of Mexico
misterb&b registered with the City of Mexico to collect and remit on your behalf the Impuesto sobre la Prestación de Servicios de Hospedaje.
- 5% of the listing price (including cleaning fees and misterb&b service fees). Only collected for the following types of accommodations: apartments and houses (either the entire unit or a single room). For more information, visit this page on the official CDMX website.
