Host is not answering after booking has been accepted, what should I do?

When you have a confirmed booking with a host, it is essential to plan your trip and contact the host in advance. This proactive approach helps avoid any last-minute inconveniences. Keep in mind that some hosts may also be traveling and might be difficult to reach as your check-in date approaches, so it is crucial to address all your questions ahead of time.

Please allow the host some time to respond, as it may take a couple of days for them to reply. Be patient and understand that immediate responses may not always be possible. All inquiries regarding phone numbers, the exact address, or specific details about the listing should be made at the time of confirming the booking.

If you haven’t already done so, we kindly ask you to contact the host through our messaging platform. Inform them that if they do not respond to you before your check-in date, we will cancel the reservation and provide you with a full refund.

In the event that the host does not respond promptly, we will proceed with the cancellation and issue you a full reimbursement.
