I cannot host my guest anymore, but I am able to host them somewhere else

If you no longer have the property the guest initially booked available, we recommend taking the following steps:
We firstly suggest to cancel the booking from your side, so the guest can get a full refund and book your other property.
Alternatively, you can reach a private agreement with the guest regarding the property and payment for their stay.
Keep in mind, however, that this option relieves misterb&b from any liability regarding the booking, and all internal agreements between users are without the involvement of misterb&b, and are undertaken at the user’s own risk.
