How do I cancel a reservation as a host?

Under your account, you can click on My Guests and cancel the reservation. If you are using the app, go to Listings  > Booking(s) and select cancel for the desired reservation. Please remember that as a host, you cannot cancel a reservation on the same day as check-in. Just so you know, canceling a reservation will put your guest in a very uncomfortable situation. This is why we ask you to contact your guest in advance and try to find the best solution possible with them directly. 

If you cancel a reservation, the traveler will be entitled to a 100% refund (For more information click here. On your side, you will be subject to certain penalties for canceling

In case of a 'force majeure' cancellation on the same day as check-in, you will have to contact our team so that we can assist you with this particular case.
