How do I reset my password?

If you are having problems connecting because you have forgotten your password, don't stress. You can request a new password by simply clicking on "Forgot Password" below the "Log in" button on the start page. An email will be sent to you, and from there, you can enter a new password. The password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one special character.

Kindly know that you will have 24 hours from the time the email is sent to reset your password. In addition, we recommend that you use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to avoid any possible technical issues. Please ensure that you enable cookies on your browser as well.
As a side note, if you have received more than one password reset mail, only the most recent will allow you to change your password. If you get an error message saying, "Token invalid", it most likely means you are not accessing the most recent password reset email.
