Registration / license

Please note you are required to obtain a valid registration or license number, as applicable, for the short term residential rental prior to advertising it for rent, listing it on the platform, renting it, or booking it for future rental.

Please provide your registration or license number - on the page "Local requirements" via "Manage my listing". In the absence of a valid number, we will not allow your listing. 

 

Mandatory information in the listing

Please note you are required by local law to include the following information in your listing:

  • Host cancellation, check-in and check-out policies;
  • Whether the accommodation is wheelchair or ADA accessible;
  • Whether it has any parking availability or restrictions;
  • Availability of, or restrictions on, the use of any recreational facilities or other amenities applicable to Guests;
  • Description of the rental including the number of sleeping rooms and bathrooms;
  • Whether the entire dwelling unit, or only a portion thereof, is available for rent;
  • The registration number assigned by the department to the shared housing unit.

Please note you must ensure that your Hosting activity will not violate any existing applicable rental agreements or homeowners association or cooperative building rules or restrictions regarding rental.
