Someone has logged into my account, what should I do?

If you think someone has logged into your account without your permission, immediately take the following steps:

  • Change your misterb&b password. If you use the same password for your email or social media accounts, you may want to change those passwords too.
  • Make sure your contact info, profile photos, listings, and payout methods haven't been changed by someone else
  • Confirm that any reservation in your account was actually made by you
  • Contact us at trust.safety@misterbandb.com, and report what you have experienced. We’ll help you understand what changes were made, and how you can undo them.
