How do I pre-approve a guest?

If you receive a request that requires your pre-approval, this means that the traveler has contacted you to either know more about your availabilities, or because they have a particular question regarding your place. Feel free to answer all of them by direct message. You will have 24 hours to click on either 'pre-approve' or 'decline' for the request. The sooner you respond, the better it will be for the traveler as they will know whether they have to look for alternative accommodation or whether they can count on yours. If you clicked on 'pre-approved' then the traveler will have 24 hours to confirm the booking by processing a payment on our site.
