In this section, you will be able to set rules for your guests during their stay.
When setting rules, we ask our hosts to state some guidelines that will ensure that the guest's and host's experiences are equally satisfactory during the stay.
A few examples we provide regarding hosting rules would be the following:
Visitors - are outside visitors allowed during a guest's stay? If this is something you are comfortable with then no problem, but if you believe it might cause some inconveniences, be sure to set some ground rules regarding guest visitors.
Noise Curfew - if you believe loud noises after a certain time could be an inconvenience for other guests or nearby neighbors, make sure you set rules regarding a noise curfew.
Smoking in the property - if you are uncomfortable with your guests smoking inside your property, you should clearly mention this in your hosting rules. If you have a designated area where your guest can smoke, make sure this is noted on your hosting rules.
misterb&b expects all users to abide by the rules set during a reservation. Broken rules could cause a claim to be filed, which could disrupt a reservation.
In those particular cases, misterb&b will do its best to help both users reach a resolution, and if necessary, we will resort to our Terms & Conditions to offer a resolution to the claim.
