How to report an incident/claim?

In order to report an incident or claim, you will contact our Customer Service line by email or phone.
We will need you to provide a reason for your discomfort in order to see if we can address this to the host, or help you find another solution.
Before making a report to misterb&b, analyze the situation to determine whether it is necessary to make a report or whether your inconveniences could be resolved by talking to the host directly.
If you have stated your inconvenience with your host but they are not being addressed, we ask you to contact us right away.
