Why can't I pre-approve a guest or receive requests?

If you can't pre-approve a booking inquiry as a host, it means that at some point, our Trust & Safety team contacted you or sent you an email in order to complete the verification process. 

The verification process will be completed once you send your selfie picture and your ID, Passport or Driver's License. Proof of address will also be required.
