What are the different cancellation policies?

The cancellation policy is set by the host for each of their listing(s). This information can be found on each listing's page under the "Cancellation Policy" section. We invite you to check this information carefully before sending any booking request.

Should a traveler wish to cancel their booking, the following policies will apply based on the hosts' cancellation policies:

  • Flexible conditions: Up to 7 days prior to check-in: full refund, net of the guest service fee (except for entire places); between 6 and 1 day prior to check-in: 50% refund, net of the guest service fee (except for entire places). No refund is possible after this period.
  • Strict conditions: Up to 14 days prior to check-in: 70% refund, less all misterb&b service fees. Between 14 days and 1 day prior to check-in: 30% refund less all misterb&b services fees. No refund is possible after this period.

Also, cancellation insurance fees and vouchers are non-refundable.
