What are the different cancellation policies?

The cancellation policy refers to the host's specific terms and conditions regarding booking cancellations. This policy outlines the consequences for travelers if they decide to cancel their booking.

The policy specifies how far in advance a traveler must cancel to minimize penalties. It details the conditions under which they can receive a full or partial refund.

Hosts can choose from two cancellation policies (flexible and strict) levels based on their preferences and the nature of their property.

The flexible policy is more favorable to the travelers. With a flexible policy, hosts agree to forfeit the total amount of their rent in the event of cancellation by the traveler up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date (this is exclusive of the cancellation fee payable by the traveler).

Where can I find this information?

You can find the information on each listing's page in the "Cancellation Policy" section after you set dates to check the property's availability and prices. It appears under "How much will it cost to cancel?". We invite you to check this information carefully before sending any booking request. It is also featured in your confirmation email once you complete the booking process.

Also, cancellation insurance fees and vouchers are non-refundable.
