Host is not answering after booking has been accepted, what should I do?

If you have a confirmed booking with a host, always be sure to plan your trip and contact them in advance. This means you can avoid any last-minute inconveniences. Some hosts may also be traveling and hard to reach when you approach your check-in date, so it's important to ask all of your questions in advance.

Also, be sure to allow them some time to answer. Don't expect a response right away, sometimes it may take the host a couple of days, so be patient. All questions regarding phone numbers, the exact address, or specific questions about the listing should be asked when confirming the booking.

If you haven’t already, we ask that you contact the host through our messaging platform, and inform them that if they do not respond to your requests within the next 72 hours, we will cancel the reservation and provide you with a full refund. 

In the event that the host does not get back to you in this time-frame, we will go ahead and process the cancellation and issue you a full reimbursement.
