Why didn't I receive my email notification?

If you didn’t receive an email notification from us, it is possibly one of the following reasons :

Your email address is incorrect

Check the email being used:

Go to My profile, and look for the Email Address field. Make sure your address is correct.

If it’s incorrect, add the correct address, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Save.

Wrong email notification settings

You can customize your way of receiving notifications. Go to My Account, and find column SMS and email notifications.

Click on the boxes to select the notification that you want to receive.

Emails get lost in your inbox

To make sure you didn’t miss it, search for terms like "misterb&b", "booking request", or other words related.

Spam and other email filters

Your email provider may have sent our messages to your spam or junk folder. Check your Junk e-mail box and remove misterb&b messages from your spam list.

If you have other filters or routing rules in your email account, be sure to check those, too.

Issues with your email service provider

Sometimes it can take up to a few hours delay. If undelivered or delayed emails continue to be an issue, check with your provider and make sure if it functions well.
