I received a request, what do I do?

A traveler is interested to rent your housing! There are two possibilities: an inquiry to ask information or a reservation request. In the first case, you are simply invited to answer his message. In the second case, you have 24 hours to answer to reservation request. You can accept or refuse it.

If none of these 2 actions were undertaken during the allowed time, the request of the traveler will expire automatically. By accepting the reservation request, you inform your guest that your housing is well and truly available for him and that you are ready to accept him. If your housing is not available on the desired dates, please do reply to refuse the request. We hope to keep the traveler well informed promptly of the non-availability of your property and help them continue their searches.

If you find that the travelers are hesitating, always feel free to strike up a conversation before accepting his request. Trust between the renter and the guest is essential!

Finally, do not forget that your activeness on answering back (even negative) to travelers is taken into account in the ranking of announcements! Take time to answer the travelers with a personalized message and participate actively in the blooming of our community:-)
